January 1968 – Originally incorporated as "Dean Brandenberger Memorial Home"


August 1969 – State approves our license to provide a group home


October 1969 – Lifeline opens Blacklake Lodge


December 1970  - Lifeline hires its first counselor to work with residents for five hours per week. Norm Conklin served in this position.


January 1985  - Spencer Home (purchased in 1983) is opened serving as Lifeline's first Independent Living program
